Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Senior Technical Product Manager. The role involves leading product strategy and lifecycle, managing and enhancing technical products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning business goals with user needs. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, managing product progress, and driving successful execution to deliver business impact. You will also evaluate market trends and customer feedback to ensure continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
The Role:* We are seeking a TPM who has successfully transitioned from an engineering background into technical leadership. You won't just track tasks; you will dive deep into system architecture, review APIs, and coordinate execution across our Dev, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.

* *Technical Execution:* Drive cybersecurity product initiatives from concept to deployment.
* *Cross-Team Synergy:* Align Core Architecture, Threat Engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.
* *Design & Review:* Participate in architecture reviews and identify technical risks or design gaps.
* *Agile Leadership:* Manage sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and release readiness.
* *Best Practices:* Ensure code quality, scalability, and secure design patterns (SSDLC).
*Requirements:*
* *Experience:* 10+ years in software development or technical delivery.
* *Tech Stack:* Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
* *Cybersecurity Knowledge:* Strong understanding of threat detection, CI/CD security, and microservices.
* *Education:* Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
* *Mindset:* Ability to talk "shop" with developers while managing high-level project timelines.
