🚨 Hiring: Technical Product Manager (Immediate Joiners Preferred) 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in eCommerce / Payments to join our team in Chennai (Work from Office).
🔹 Role: Technical Product Manager
📍 Location: Chennai (WFO)
⏳ Experience: 7+ Years
⚡ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
🎓 Qualifications:
Full-time MBA from a recognized institution (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of overall experience
At least 3 years in Product Management
Prior experience in eCommerce / Payments domain
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Requirement Analysis & Documentation
Analyze partner API documentation and convert into technical requirements
Prepare detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution
📌 Sprint & Development Management
Own and manage the product backlog
Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery
Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams for quality releases
📌 Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between Business, Tech teams & External Partners
Clearly communicate product updates and requirements
Conduct regular demos, reviews, and feedback sessions
📌 Product Ownership
Drive product lifecycle end-to-end (concept → launch)
Prioritize features based on business impact & feasibility
Monitor product performance and continuously improve

Strong understanding of APIs & technical integrations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility
