Required Skills & Experience
•10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture/principal engineering roles.
•Strong hands-on experience with:
- React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
- Node.js, Express.js
- MongoDB
- REST APIs, GraphQL
•Strong knowledge of:
- System Design and Solution Architecture
- Microservices and Modular Monolith architectures
- Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture
- Secure Coding Practices and OWASP standards
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
•Experience with:
- Azure Services, Containers, Kubernetes (preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps collaboration
- Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Git branching strategies and release management
- Monitoring, Logging, Incident Management, RCA
Leadership Expectations
•Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical technical decisions.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead technical architecture, solution design, and technology strategy across multiple projects.
•Drive vendor-to-internal project transitions, including code reviews, architecture assessments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
•Make key technical decisions and establish engineering best practices, standards, and governance.
•Design scalable, secure, high-performance cloud-native applications.
•Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders.
•Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment strategies, monitoring, and operational excellence.
•Drive modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.
