Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role located in Goregaon. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will oversee software architecture design and development, ensure technical excellence, and guide the team in implementing efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable applications. You will contribute to solving complex technical challenges and play a critical role in shaping the technology vision of our organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Software Development, Software Architecture, and Technical Design.
- Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies, Scalable Systems, and API Integration.
- Expertise in Team Leadership and Mentorship to guide and upskill team members.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Project Management, and Collaboration Tools.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in AI or CLM solutions is a significant advantage.
