As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced technical leader who can strengthen our engineering processes, mentor our team, and help us deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Position Overview
This is not just a developer role.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead / Engineering Manager who can take ownership of our complete development workflow, improve engineering standards, mentor developers, coordinate with clients, and ensure successful project delivery.
You will act as the technical backbone of our engineering team while also contributing to architecture decisions, project planning, and team leadership.

Leadership Responsibilities
You will lead our existing Engineering and QA team where Engineering team is working with Laravel, React & Flutter
Your responsibilities include:
Lead the complete engineering team.
Improve and standardize the development workflow.
Plan sprint cycles and task allocation.
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Mentor developers and help resolve technical challenges.
Design scalable application architecture.
Review project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements.
Convert business requirements into technical execution plans.
Organize client meetings and internal technical discussions.
Monitor project quality, productivity, and deadlines.
Ensure proper documentation and technical processes.
Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
5–7 years of software development experience.
Proven experience leading engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to mentor developers and improve team performance.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
Experience implementing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.
