Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Technical Lead - Embedded role. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading embedded system projects encompassing firmware development, system architecture design, and hardware-software integration. The role involves mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging software and hardware issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The ideal candidate will strive to deliver high-quality, scalable embedded solutions that optimize performance and drive customer success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Embedded Systems and Firmware, including experience with Board Support Packages (BSP), driver development, bootloader optimization, and RTOS (such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr).
- Strong skills in Hardware Design, including high-speed PCB design, signal/power integrity, form-factor optimization, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Experience in Advanced Intelligence and IoT, including Edge AI development, low-power ML model deployment, IoT architectures, and automated CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Automotive systems (e.g., ADAS, V2X, ISO 26262) or healthcare technologies (e.g., FDA-compliant firmware, medical wearables) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems and hardware/software co-design processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to drive team and project success.
