We require a Senior Technical Lead – Only Nutraceutical & Dietary Supplement Product Innovation & B2B Partnerships (Must Have Deep Links with Global Ingredient Suppliers & CDMOs/Contract Manufacturers | Freelance Only)
Location: Open (Global / Remote)
Experience: 15–20+ years in nutraceuticals / pharma ingredients / contract manufacturing partnerships
Reporting to: Founder / CEO

About the Role
We are building a global B2B nutraceutical sourcing and product strategy platform focused on creating export-ready, compliant, differentiated product portfolios for international markets.
This role is not about selling existing SKUs.
This is about building the product and partnership ecosystem that will power our global growth.
You will operate as our Product Strategy Partner, orchestrating innovation sourcing, contract manufacturing partnerships, compliance qualification, and commercialization strategy across multiple markets.
What You Will Own (End-to-End)
1. Innovation Sourcing (Ingredient & Technology Scouting)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with global ingredient innovators and technology providers (bioavailability, delivery formats, functional actives)
- Track emerging ingredient trends, regulatory shifts, and market opportunities
- Create a continuous pipeline of export-relevant product concepts
- Should be familiar with platforms like TrendHunter, VitaFoods Expo, NutrifyToday, Ingredientsonline.com etc.
2. Contract Manufacturing Partnerships (Global Network)
- Identify, qualify, and onboard internationally accredited contract manufacturers (GMP, ISO, FDA/EU compliant, etc.)
- Structure long-term partnerships with manufacturers for:
- Semi-exclusive SKUs
- MOQ flexibility
- Priority capacity
- Co-development of export-focused formulations
- Act as the quality and compliance gatekeeper for all production partners
3. Product Commercialization & Market Fit
- Translate innovation into commercially viable, export-ready SKUs
- Define:
- Product formats
- Cost structures
- MOQ frameworks
- Lead times
- Regulatory readiness per target market
- Align product roadmap with global B2B buyer needs and regional compliance realities
4. Global Partnership Development (360° Network Leverage)
- Leverage your existing global network across:
- Ingredient suppliers
- Contract manufacturers
- Regulatory consultants
- Quality auditors
- Category specialists
- Build new strategic alliances in priority regions (North America, EU, MENA, Africa, ASEAN)
- Represent the company in global industry forums and strategic discussions
5. Governance, Compliance & Quality Frameworks
- Establish partner qualification frameworks
- Ensure documentation readiness:
- COAs
- Stability data
- Traceability
- Regulatory dossiers
- Coordinate audits and compliance readiness with third-party experts
Who We’re Looking For (This Is Critical)
You are likely someone who has worked as:
- Strategic Partnerships / Alliances Lead in nutraceuticals or ingredients
- Global Sourcing / Procurement Lead for supplements or pharma ingredients
- Product Manager / Category Head (B2B nutraceuticals)
- Technical BD / Partnerships Manager at an ingredient major or CDMO
You must bring:
- 15–20+ years in nutraceuticals / health ingredients / pharma B2B ecosystems
- Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers and ingredient innovators
- Proven ability to structure long-term supplier partnerships (not transactional sourcing)
- Strong understanding of global compliance, audits, and export requirements
- An existing global network across manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders
- Comfort operating across cultures, markets, and regulatory environments
- Strategic thinking + deal-making + execution capability

- Time-to-market from concept → compliant product
- MOQ and cost efficiencies achieved
