Position: Senior Technical Trainer – Automation Testing
Experience: 2 – 15 years
Location: Bangalore (BTM Layout) – Work From Office
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Technical Trainer – Automation Testing to guide and mentor learners in mastering both manual and automation testing practices. This role requires strong expertise in Selenium, Java, SQL, and web technologies, along with the ability to deliver engaging, real-world training sessions. You will play a crucial role in preparing aspiring QA professionals for successful careers in the software testing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Conduct workshops and project-based learning modules using Selenium with Java.
- Design, develop, and update training content to keep it aligned with industry trends.
- Share practical insights on testing frameworks, best practices, and real-world scenarios.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Mentor and support students in solving testing-related challenges.
- Collaborate with curriculum and product teams to improve training effectiveness.
Technical Expertise Required
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing – Test planning, Test case design, Defect management.
- Expertise in Automation Testing – Selenium with Java.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL.
- Familiarity with Web Technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex testing concepts effectively.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching and building careers in QA/Testing.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is preferred but not mandatory.
