About the Role
The Senior Technical Executive is the primary interface between technology platforms and end users within the organisation. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical acumen who can manage, maintain, and continuously improve the organisation's tech ecosystem across all digital platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end management and maintenance of all technology platforms in the organisation.
• Maintain comprehensive in-depth knowledge of all platform features, workflows & configurations.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate platform issues on priority until full resolution.
• Maintain updated documentation for all platforms; reflect changes promptly.
• Provide hands-on technical support and ensure timely resolution of support requests to maintain a smooth operational experience for all users across departments.
• Understand the organisational objectives/ goals and end user requirements identify new tools, features, workflows or enhancements in existing digital platforms to achieve operational efficiency in Unnati Programs.
• Propose/ share recommendation with senior management to ensure alignment on organisational objectives.
• Act as the sole SPOC between developers, vendors, and end users to ensure implementation and successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct end-to-end testing post-development; track and resolve all bugs before go-live.
• Manage subscriptions & vendor payments to avoid any service disruption.
• Handle day-to-day operations, train end users, and support teams with batch management.
Educational Background
Minimum: B.Sc. IT / BCA / B.Tech in CS, IT or related discipline.
Preferred: MCA / M.Sc. IT / MBA (IT) or equivalent PG qualification.
Experience: 2–4 years in technical operations, platform management or IT support.
