Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management skilled in Project Planning and Project Governance to lead and oversee complex projects ensuring successful delivery
Job Description
Lead and manage comprehensive project planning activities including defining scope schedules and resource allocation Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders to manage expectations and report on project status Utilize project management methodologies and tools to optimize project execution and control Drive continuous improvement in project processes and governance practices to enhance delivery efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop maintain and communicate detailed project plans ensuring alignment with organizational priorities Implement and oversee governance procedures including regular project meetings and reporting to stakeholders and senior management Manage project risks issues and dependencies proactively escalating when necessary to minimize business impact Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups to support project objectives Lead project teams providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and delivery Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle Support business transition activities to ensure smooth handover to businessasusual operations
