Job Profile: Technical Architect
Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore
Employment Type: Contract – 1 year
Preferred experience: 10+ years
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable,
high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in distributed
architectures, cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks, along with the ability
to align technical strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities
Architecture Ownership
Define end-to-end system architecture and drive technical direction across services and
components.
Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), high-level designs, and target-state
architecture.
Establish modernization strategies for legacy systems.
Technical Governance
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, coding standards, and cloud
architecture.
Review and validate system designs and implementations across engineering teams.
Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate with client architects, product managers, and engineering teams to align
architectural decisions.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers and technical
leads.
Performance & Future Planning
Analyze existing systems to identify performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
Recommend and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Drive long-term technical roadmap and future-state architecture planning.
Must - Have Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of total experience in software development with recent
experience as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect
Strong experience in distributed systems, microservices, and modular architecture
design
Strong expertise in Golang and/or Python
Experience working with React-based frontend applications
Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and multi-cloud or
hybrid architecture
Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, storage, and IAM
Strong understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and system integration
patterns
Experience in creating:
o Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
o High-Level Designs (HLDs)
o Reference Architectures
Proven experience in:
o Technical governance & design reviews
o Ensuring security and scalability standards
Strong stakeholder management:
o Ability to work with client architects, product teams, and engineering teams
o Experience in mentoring developers and tech leads
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related technical field
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
