Job Title : Senior Technical Architect
Experience : 9–12 Years
Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect with a strong startup mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. This role is ideal for a doer, thinker, and leader who takes initiative, drives innovation, and builds scalable systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3–5 years in architecture roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Docker, Node.js, and Python
- Exposure to AI technologies is a plus
- Proven experience in startup or product-led environments (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning
- Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks: backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps
- A proactive self-starter with a strong execution mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Hands-on approach—comfortable diving into code when required
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
