Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and governance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Review code, deployments, and solution designs.
- Handle data migration, data modeling, and system optimization activities.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture and Administration.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Experience in data migration and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Architect Certifications preferred:
- Application Architect
- System Architect
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – Added Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration.
