Job Title: Accountant
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 2-3 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant for a hotel property in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and be well-versed with accounting tools and reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) Reconciliation
- Work on PMS (Property Management System) and Tally Prime
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and PMS software
- Experience in OTA, bank, and credit card reconciliations
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of hotel accounting processes
