Job Description: Senior Technical Account Manager (Techno-Functional)
*Role Overview:*
To act as the primary techno-functional bridge between Fortune 500 clients and our technical staffing engine, managing executive-level talent aspirations while understanding their architectural roadmaps.
### Key Responsibilities
* *Executive Relationship Management:* Serve as the primary, mature point of contact for client VPs, and Directors to manage long-term headcount pipelines.
* *Technical Scope Dissection:* Lead client intake sessions to deconstruct ambiguous requests into precise technical and architectural requirements.
* *Banking & Trading Alignment:* Qualify complex needs for low-latency trading engines, transaction architectures, and financial compliance frameworks.
* *Deployed Staff Engagement:* Regularly engage with consultants already deployed on-site to understand project health, monitor consultant sentiment, and map out their daily technical functions.
* *Proactive Lead Generation:* Mine existing accounts by identifying gaps, team expansions, and new project opportunities through active discussions with on-site staff.
* *Escalation Management:* Act as the first point of contact for any client or consultant issues, swiftly resolving performance, delivery, or operational escalations.
* *Recruitment Delivery Oversight:* Partner with internal delivery teams to strictly vet candidates for domain compliance and engineering capabilities before submission.
### Technical & Functional Requirements
* *8–12+ Years Experience:* Proven track record in Technical Delivery, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Program Management within IT consulting or staffing.
* *Domain Expertise (5+ Years):* Direct experience consulting for or working within Banking, Capital Markets/Trading, or Enterprise Retail sectors.
* *Technical Literacy:* Solid understanding of microservices, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing, and DevOps pipelines.
* *Account Mining & Engagement:* Demonstrated success in retention management, consultant coaching, and uncovering hidden revenue inside existing client accounts.
* *Conflict Resolution:* Exceptional maturity and emotional intelligence to navigate and de-escalate high-pressure political situations within matrixed Fortune 500 environments
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field (MBA is a plus).
