Job Title: Lead - HR Business Partner (Tech)
Location: Bengaluru
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner with 8+ years of expertise in driving HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Drive HR initiatives that promote business transformation and operational excellence.
Talent Management & Development:
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and create development plans to support career growth.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring resolution in a timely and compliant manner.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
- Drive communication plans for key projects and HR programs.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in HR roles, including at least 5 years as an HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR analytics.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and executing talent development and engagement strategies.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
