In the role of Senior Team Leader - Customer Services & Technical Support, you’ll oversee data management for key clients, delivering tailored insights and solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, drive reporting, and contribute to strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

AMS Shift - 7PM to 4AM
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain and deepen Key stakeholder relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT, CES)
- Apprehend and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the corporate firms.
- Create Dashboards and Delivery Plan for large and complex projects.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
- Champion Products and drive trainings for key clients globally.
- Prepare weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS for client and internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Process Improvement and preparing and upgrading SOPs for multiple client engagements.
Essential
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience in client handling and stakeholder management
- Hands-on expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience in data evaluation, dashboard creation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, SQL, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
- Ability to manage complex projects, and contribute to SOP enhancements.
