Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Team Leader. The Senior Team Leader will oversee a team to ensure productivity and operational efficiency, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and manage overall team performance. They will be responsible for planning, delegating tasks, monitoring daily activities, and driving the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Senior Team Leader will collaborate with other departments, contribute to process improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and motivating a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively
- Proficiency in using management tools and software for tracking, reporting, and task delegation
- Experience in the financial or loan services industry is a plus
- Deep understanding of customer service principles and ability to drive customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
