We’re Hiring |Sr.Team Lead Design– Interiors (Pune)
Are you a visionary interior designer ready to lead, inspire, and shape the design language of a growing interior firm?
We’re looking for a Sr.Team Lead Design who blends creative excellence with strategic thinking and can lead diverse interior projects from concept to execution.
Location: Pune
Role Purpose
As the Sr.Team Lead Design, you will lead our design team, define the creative vision, and ensure every project reflects exceptional aesthetics, functionality, and client expectations. You’ll work closely with the Execution Head to seamlessly translate design intent into on-site reality.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Strategy
Mentor and lead the design team across multiple projects
Define and implement a strong design vision aligned with brand and business goals
Set high benchmarks for creativity, innovation, and design quality
Resource planning, training, feedback, and performance reviews
Design Management
Oversee the complete design lifecycle: concept to final handover
Approve layouts, materials, finishes, detailing, and presentations
Standardize design processes, templates, and presentation formats
Client Interaction & Business Development
Translate client requirements into compelling design solutions
Lead key client meetings and design presentations
Support business growth through impactful design pitches
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Execution Head to preserve design intent on-site
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and procurement teams
Ensure smooth communication between design, execution, and clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, or specialized interiors
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and technical detailing
Key Skills
Exceptional design sensibility and detailing
Strong client communication & presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign
Revit knowledge preferred
