Role Description The Senior Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of teams delivering upskilling programs and hands-on experiences. This role includes planning and assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects and learning initiatives. The Senior Team Lead will coach and mentor team members, facilitate collaboration across departments, and resolve operational issues to keep initiatives on track. Additional responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, reviewing performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and participant experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and providing mentorship in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and program participants.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accountability and results.
- Background in education, training, career services, or program management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating across diverse teams and backgrounds.
- Adaptability to evolving program needs and a strong interest in talent development and upskilling.
