CMSAE is hiring a Senior Telesales Team Lead to head our International Telecom Telesales Outbound Voice Process. This is a business-critical role with end-to-end ownership of sales performance, client management, and team operations.
Role Highlights:
• Acting AM – complete ownership of telesales operations & Process KPIs
Align with CMSAE’s Client as an Account Manager and meet Performance expectations.
• Drive sales, lead conversion & quality targets
• Manage TLs + agents; ensure productivity & discipline
• Lead hiring, training, quality & performance management
Eligibility:
• 3–5 yrs telesales experience + team handling , Operations excellence
• Preferred B2C telecom sales (mobile plans/packages)
• Strong in Sales Performance , Operations delivery , team leadership
• International/UAE telecom experience preferred
Language Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English as well as spoken Hindi.
