🚀 VANAA RCM is Hiring: Senior Team Lead – (RCM) | AR- Physician Billing
At VANAA RCM, we are expanding rapidly and looking for high-performing professionals in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Physician Billing.
VANAA RCM is seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead (STL) to lead our Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US Healthcare Medical Billing specially in AR Physician Billing, team management, process improvement, and operational excellence.
This role requires a seasoned leader with strong expertise in Physician AR, denial management, collections strategy, operational governance, client management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage RCM operations to achieve quality and productivity goals.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leads and Process Analysts.
Handle client escalations and drive timely issue resolution
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Team Lead role.
Strong knowledge of AR, Denials, Payment Posting, and Medical Billing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
