Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Quality Analyst to validate candidate profiles received from recruiters before client submission. The role is responsible for ensuring profiles meet client requirements, internal quality standards, and submission guidelines while minimizing client rejections and improving submission-to-interview conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate candidate profiles against job requirements.
- Ensure resume quality, completeness, and compliance with client guidelines.
- Verify candidate details such as skills, experience, notice period, compensation, and eligibility.
- Identify profile gaps and coordinate with recruiters for necessary corrections.
- Provide quality feedback to recruiters to improve submission standards.
- Ensure timely profile validation within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to align submissions with client expectations.
- Maintain quality metrics and support continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and resume screening.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
