We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

At Globe Group, we are scaling rapidly across logistics, heavy equipment, and oilfield operations.

To help us scale, we are looking for a Senior-Level Recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, lead the recruitment team, and strengthen our organizational backbone.

This is not a resume-processing role; this is a high-ownership, high-impact talent leadership role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment
• Hiring across operations, logistics, engineering, fleet management & corporate roles
• Building structured hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
• Partnering directly with leadership to plan manpower strategy
• Developing strong sourcing channels beyond job portals
• Contributing to HR strategy on manpower retention, growth, and systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10+ years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency, both welcome)
• Proven experience hiring leadership and niche technical roles
• Strong screening and behavioral interviewing skills
• Process-driven mindset
• High integrity and ownership
• Experience in logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry is a strong plus
