We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner who can act as a strategic advisor to founders and leadership teams while driving senior-level product and technical hiring.
Shift Requirement
This role requires working in the US time zone (US Shift) with significant overlap with US clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities-
Consultative Recruiting
- Partner with US product companies to understand org design and hiring strategy.
- Hire for senior and leadership roles (Staff+, Principal, Director, VP).
- Challenge and refine job descriptions to improve clarity and market alignment.
- Lead calibration discussions with hiring managers.
- Drive searches with a retained or near-retained mindset.
US Candidate Engagement
- Engage senior US-based candidates with strong, fluent communication (neutral accent preferred).
- Craft compelling opportunity narratives (vision, product roadmap, growth, equity story).
- Understand US compensation benchmarks, equity structures, notice periods, and visa nuances.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Client & Account Management
- Independently run intake and strategy calls with US clients.
- Provide structured weekly search updates with market insights.
- Handle difficult conversations around calibration and compensation mismatches.
- Build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
Hunter + Researcher Mindset
- Execute advanced Boolean sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, GitHub, etc.
- Conduct talent mapping and org research.
- Build pipelines from scratch for niche and leadership roles.
- Maintain proactive passive talent networks.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product and technical hiring.
- Strong exposure to the US startup/product ecosystem.
- Proven experience hiring senior or leadership-level talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely in US shift hours.
- High ownership, strong research ability, and strategic mindset.
