At Creators Cube, we’re looking for someone who understands creators beyond numbers someone who can build, scale, and protect talent careers while unlocking meaningful brand opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Manager, you will own end to end talent management acting as a strategic partner to creators while driving commercial growth, content direction, and long-term career planning. This role sits at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for creators and influencers
• Manage and grow talent portfolios across brand collaborations, PR, and overall positioning
• Identify and close brand partnerships aligned with each creator’s voice and long-term vision
• Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and revenue growth for talent
• Build and nurture relationships with top creators, emerging influencers, and industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated influencer marketing campaigns
• Develop content and growth strategies aligned with platform trends and audience behavior
• Scout and onboard new and emerging talent to expand the roster
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments
• Represent Creators Cube at industry events and key networking forums
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
• Strong track record of managing creators and closing brand deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high ownership environments
• Deep understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem and digital content landscape
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and professional communication
