Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Industry) who'll be responsible for the following,
Principal Purpose
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to execute advanced recruitment strategies, focusing on critical roles, complex hires, and improved candidate experience.
• Provide hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and process optimization with a strong emphasis on HR operations alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units or functions, including strategy, sourcing, screening, assessment and offer management.
• Leverage multiple channels (direct sourcing, social media, referrals, partnerships) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR operations to ensure consistent, compliant hiring processes, documentation and data accuracy in the ATS.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, coordinate with stakeholders for interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, compliance and market compensation trends.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements.
• Mentor junior TA specialists and support onboarding of new hires into the recruitment process.
• Well-versed in using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and market mapping to source top talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and coordinate interview processes etc.
• Monitor and improve onboarding satisfaction scores and early attrition rates by tracking feedback from new recruits across.
• Coordinate with HR operations, IT, medical admin, and business functions to ensure Day 1 readiness (system access, ID cards, induction slotting, etc.).
• Ensure fast TAT, high-quality selection, and seamless onboarding process management.
• Track and achieve key recruitment metrics - such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, time-to-offer, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, while driving continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Desired Skills
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with high accuracy.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• 6+ years of experience in HR with major exposure in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (Mandatory)
