Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, and corporate positions.
- Lead bulk hiring and strategic hiring initiatives for the Bangalore branch.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
- Conduct screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with department heads and management for hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR team members when required.
- Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong expertise in recruitment lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in educational institutions or training industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in hiring for sales, academic, and technical roles preferred.
- Strong professional networking skills.
