Job Title: Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
