Roles and Responsibility:
- Partner with technical hiring managers to define key skills and role expectations
- Break down job descriptions to understand the hard and soft skills needed
- Translate technical requirements into talent search criteria
- End to End hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure long term relationship
- Data backed analysis to bring right solution
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in core IT
- Strong relationship management with client facing experience
- Hands on experience hiring through LinkedIn and headhunting
