We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to design recruiting strategies, attract high-caliber talent, and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, an analytical mindset, and a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid- to senior-level positions, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, ATS databases, etc.) to identify top talent.
- Facilitate structured interviews, guide hiring teams through selection best practices, and ensure bias-free decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior recruiters and serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting technology and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certification.
- Experience using advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR analytics and recruitment metrics reporting.
