Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bangalore - Richmond
Department: Human Resources
Work Type: On-Site - 6 Days - 9:30 to 5:30
Reporting To: HR Head
Experience Required: 4 – 6 Years
Job Summary:
Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage
end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and position
closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, references, and consultancies
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports
- Ensure strong offer-to-joining ratio
- Support bulk hiring for project and site requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
- Experience in Real Estate / Retail / Construction industry will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
- Any Graduate with relevant experience
