🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Baner, Pune (WFO – 5 days)
🕐 Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
💼 Experience: 3+ years
Are you passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven recruitment professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping our hiring success.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent
* Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Leverage job boards, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies
* Guide candidates through the hiring process—from screening to offer negotiation
💡 What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and recruitment tools
* Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively
🌟 Nice to Have:
* Degree in HR or related field
* Experience in building recruitment strategies
* Interest in continuous learning and professional growth
