We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead with 6–12 years of expertise in strategic hiring, leadership recruitment, workforce planning, and enterprise talent acquisition, who can contribute to building a future-ready workforce aligned with ESDS’s vision and culture.
What will you drive in this role?
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, sales, leadership, and enterprise-level roles while aligning hiring strategy with business growth objectives.
AI-Driven Recruitment Excellence
Leverage AI-powered sourcing, ATS platforms, recruitment automation, and HR analytics to improve hiring efficiency, candidate engagement, and quality of hire.
Leadership & Enterprise Hiring
Manage niche, confidential, and strategic leadership hiring mandates while ensuring strong cultural and organizational fit.
Bulk Hiring & Campus Recruitment
Drive large-scale hiring initiatives, walk-ins, internship programs, job fairs, and campus engagement to build strong future talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Management & Workforce Planning
Partner closely with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs, influence hiring decisions, and create scalable hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Strengthen the ESDS employer brand by creating meaningful candidate experiences and representing ESDS in recruitment campaigns and hiring events.
