Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Semiconductor Hiring (NAM & EMEA)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end semiconductor hiring across North America (NAM) and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global hiring mandates, stakeholder management, and semiconductor skill evaluation across the full silicon lifecycle.
This role requires a strategic recruiter who understands semiconductor design flows and can independently drive complex hiring mandates across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor roles across NAM and EMEA (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding).
- Partner with global hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and technical requirements.
- Screen and assess candidates across semiconductor domains including:
- RTL Design & Verification
- Physical Design & STA
- DFT
- Analog & AMS
- Layout & Sign-off
- Embedded & Firmware
- SoC / ASIC Development
- Drive direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and leadership semiconductor roles.
- Manage offer negotiations aligned to global compensation benchmarks.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, Offer-to-Join ratio, pipeline health).
- Ensure compliance with global hiring processes and regional labor regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to semiconductor hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for NAM (USA/Canada) and EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design lifecycle (Architecture → RTL → Verification → PD → Sign-off → Tape-out → Silicon Validation).
- Experience in global stakeholder management and remote hiring models.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in VLSI / Semiconductor R&D hiring.
- Prior experience in global engineering services or product organizations.
