Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessments, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and hiring process improvements to support CPM India’s growth and talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Strong experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to run structured interviews and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices, including using digital channels, social media, and recruitment marketing to attract talent.
- Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead recruiting role, ideally within a sales, marketing, or customer experience-focused organization.
