Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement employer branding strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Core responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience while representing the organization's values and culture. They will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines to support the company’s growing workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment to ensure ideal hiring decisions
- Proven expertise in Employer Branding and creating strategies to attract top talent
- Experience in building and managing Recruitment processes and fostering positive candidate experiences
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the food production or manufacturing sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruiting or HR are a plus
