Salary Budget: UPTO 4.2LPA
Timings: Mon-Sat 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Delhi. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and facilitating hiring decisions. You will also develop and execute employer branding strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure the right talent aligns with the company’s workforce needs. The role will entail contributing to the enhancement of recruitment processes and achieving organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong experience in Hiring and Recruiting for diverse roles across IT and non-IT sectors
- Skills in conducting interviews and candidate evaluations effectively
- Experience in developing and promoting Employer Branding initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
- Familiarity with recruitment trends and best practices in the dynamic job market
