Netchex is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for India to join our innovative Human Resources team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers the unique opportunity to engage with talent across India and drive our recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality recruiting solutions. This role is essential in ensuring that we secure the best talent in the industry, helping to build a vibrant and diverse team that aligns with our company culture and goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Source and engage candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions relevant to talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and organizations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with hiring in the India market - including but not limited to experience in technology and sales recruiting within India
- Lives in India
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
