Senior / Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter)
Shift Time: 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm IST (5 days a week)
This Position
Viking CLoud India. is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with IT technical skills and a strong background in IT infrastructure hiring across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent in IT roles such as VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hackers, NOC Engineers, Desktop Engineers, and other IT infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Facilitate offer discussions with candidates, manage negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- IT Hiring Expertise: Leverage your experience in IT infrastructure hiring to assess candidates' technical skills in areas such as VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through candidate engagement and representation of the company culture during recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruiting, particularly in IT infrastructure hiring in INDIA.
- Use of AI tools for hiring.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT technical skills and roles, including VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess challenges and implement solutions to achieve recruitment goals.
- Ethics and Integrity: High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all recruitment activities.
