We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to build and lead a high-performing recruitment team. You will drive end-to-end hiring strategies across tech, business, and field sales functions, including CXO and senior leadership roles, while scaling large on-ground teams across multiple cities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team to meet hiring goals across functions.
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy, process optimization, and execution.
- Drive large-scale hiring for sales, operations, tech, and business teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines.
- Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Build and strengthen employer brand, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in bulk non-tech hiring (sales/field operations) and senior leadership hiring.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple locations and functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, data-driven approach, and problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on with ATS, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
