ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a high-impact, business-driven HR Leader who can hire leadership roles (CXO / VP / C-Level) and build strong teams at speed. This role is focused on strategic hiring, not just HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CXO & Leadership Hiring
Lead hiring for CXO / VP / Board level roles / Leadership across Marketing, Growth, E-commerce, Finance, Designing, Development Operations.
Build and leverage strong leadership networks
Partner directly with founders to close critical hires
2. Strategic Talent Acquisition
Define and execute hiring strategy for high-growth scaling
Ensure speed + quality in hiring across all functions
Build strong pipelines within beauty & D2C ecosystem
3. Business Alignment
Align hiring with revenue goals, expansion plans, and growth strategy
Understand team structure, cost, and productivity impact
4. Performance & Culture Systems
Implement KPI / KRA / OKR frameworks
Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
5. HR Leadership & Team Building
Build and lead TA / HR teams
Set systems, processes, and automation for scale
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 12–20 years experience in strategic HR / talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of CXO / leadership hiring.
- Strong network across D2C / FMCG / Beauty industry.
- Experience in scaling organizations rapidly.
- Deep understanding of business, revenue, and org building.
- Strong decision-making and ownership mindset.
