About BrightChamps
BrightChamps is a leading EdTech platform empowering kids aged 6-16 with future-ready skills in coding, AI, financial literacy, and more. We're on a mission to transform 10 million lives by 2026 through innovative learning experiences. Join our high-growth team and shape the next generation of talent!
Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a marketing flair and proven non-tech hiring experience to drive our hiring for sales, academic counseling, business development, and customer success roles. You'll leverage creative sourcing strategies, employer branding, and data-driven tactics to build high-performing teams in our scaling EdTech environment. If you've excelled in marketing campaigns and volume non-tech recruitment, this is your chance to blend creativity with impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for non-technical roles (smarketing, finance, tech) using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and innovative marketing-inspired campaigns.
- Partner with hiring managers to design job postings, screening processes, and interview loops tailored to EdTech's unique needs.
- Build and execute employer branding strategies on LinkedIn and other platforms to boost candidate pipelines and reduce time-to-hire.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: from resume screening and virtual interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, offer acceptance rates) using Google Sheets or ATS tools; optimize for bulk hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content like career site updates, LinkedIn posts, and referral programs.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in talent acquisition, with strong experience in non-tech hiring (sales, marketing, operations, tech roles preferred).
- Proven track record in volume hiring for startups or EdTech; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, or Google Workspace.
- Marketing mindset: Experience crafting campaigns, content for talent branding, or social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Data-savvy: Comfortable with metrics tracking, AppScript basics, or ATS reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field.
