Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TA Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai, with an expectation for an immediate or short-notice joining. The TA Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and the Employee Forums platform. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth and respectful candidate experience. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and refine selection criteria. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment dashboards, supporting employer branding initiatives, and continuously improving talent acquisition processes for efficiency and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- 3-7 years experience into Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Experience or understanding of education-related domains such as Teaching, Lesson Planning, and Curriculum Development to assess candidates for academic or training-focused roles.
- Ability to evaluate qualifications and backgrounds in Education and related fields to match candidates with appropriate openings.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Navi Mumbai and joining immediately or within a short notice period.
