Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and SQL, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of dashboards
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data models and pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server)
• Solid expertise in SQL and database management
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with ETL tools or data pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
