Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer / Data Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and SQL to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with large datasets from multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify trends and insights.
• Maintain documentation of dashboards, reports, and data models.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Tableau development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, data manipulation).
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
