Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with 8+ years of experience in managing Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Perform regular patching and updates for Windows servers and systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage and support Azure services including virtual machines, networking, and identity services.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory including user/group management, GPOs, and domain services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices and compliance policies.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration
• Hands-on experience with Windows Patching
• Experience managing Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration
• Expertise in Active Directory (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
• Troubleshooting and system monitoring skills
Experience:
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration.
Preferred:
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
