Job Title: Senior System Engineer – IT Infrastructure (Team Lead)

Location: Shollinganallur, Chennai
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations. The role involves managing multi-platform systems, network security, cloud services, compliance frameworks, and mentoring the infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
Administer On-Premises Active Directory (user lifecycle, GPO, access control).
2. Configure and manage Fortigate Firewalls, Managed Switches, LAN/WAN networks.
3. Administer Sophos Endpoint Security and implement security policies.
Maintain monitoring and logging systems (Wazuh SIEM, Grafana, Prometheus).
4. Manage Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure services.
5. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell / Bash / Python.
6. Support SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance and audit requirements.
7. Coordinate with vendors and manage infrastructure lifecycle.
Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team and maintain documentation.
