Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior System Engineer, based in Pune Division with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable systems infrastructures. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, configuring and administering systems, and ensuring the operational efficiency of IT environments. The engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet both client and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Systems Engineering and Systems Design, including the ability to conceptualize and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in System Administration and maintaining IT environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience in delivering responsive and effective Technical Support to meet user and client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent are advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems and networking technologies is a plus.
