We’re looking for a System Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer to build a high-performance distributed streaming data platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role—focused on architecture, coding, and system design

Experience: 3-15 Years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: 5 days WFO

What We’re Looking For

Required

● 3+ years of experience in systems/backend engineering

● Proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++ and who can do Rust

● Understanding of concurrency, data structures, and system design basics

● Exposure to distributed systems concepts

● Familiarity with Linux systems and debugging

● Basic experience with containers/Kubernetes

Nice to Have

● Exposure to Kafka, Flink, or streaming systems

● Understanding of networking fundamentals

● Experience with gRPC/Protobuf

● Interest in low-level systems and performance optimization
